Install Model Y Juniper mud flaps without drilling
A straightforward overview of fitting vehicle-specific front and rear mud flaps at the factory mounting points
01 Preparation
Check the set before starting
Confirm you have four position-specific mud flaps and the included mounting clips. Work on a parked vehicle on a level surface and clean the wheel-arch mounting areas.
02 Position
Match each flap
Identify the front and rear pieces and their correct side. Hold each part against the wheel arch before fastening anything.
03 Mounting
Align the existing points
Position the flap so its holes meet the original wheel-arch mounting locations. Do not drill new holes or force a piece that does not align.
04 Fastening
Secure the mounting clips
Install the supplied clips at the aligned points. Tighten only enough to hold the flap securely and avoid deforming the part or vehicle trim.
05 Inspection
Complete a final check
Check that every flap sits flush, remains clear of the tyre and is secure. Recheck the mounting clips after the first drive.
