Model Y Juniper Mud Flaps: Front Only or All Four?

01 Coverage
What changes when you add rear mud flaps?
Mud flaps sit behind the wheels to help intercept spray and loose road debris. A front-only kit leaves the rear-wheel positions unchanged. A complete set provides a guard at each of the four wheel positions; it does not make the vehicle immune to chips, dirt or damage.

02 Before buying
Inspect the guards already on your Juniper
Look behind each wheel and note any fitted guards, missing parts or damage. Check the listing and instructions for the exact model and mounting positions. Do not stack a new mud flap over an existing one or force a part that does not align.
If you only need to replace one part, check whether a compatible replacement is available before buying a complete kit. FILTRAVA’s product described here is sold as a four-piece set.
03 Your driving
Choose coverage around your roads and existing equipment
If suitable rear guards are already fitted and you only want to add front guards, a compatible front pair may meet your needs. If you want guards behind all four wheels, compare a full set and check whether any existing parts must be removed according to the instructions.
Frequent rain, gravel and dirty roads make splash protection more relevant. On mainly clean, dry paved roads, the difference may be less noticeable. This is a coverage comparison, not a measured test of protection percentages, noise or driving range.
04 FILTRAVA kit
What comes in the four-piece FILTRAVA set?
The matte-black TPE set uses existing mounting points without drilling and is designed for Model Y Juniper 2025–2026. It is not compatible with the earlier 2020–2024 Model Y. A trim-removal tool is not included.

05 Fitting
Check each mounting position before tightening
Identify the correct piece for each wheel position and follow the supplied fitting instructions. Confirm alignment before securing the hardware, then check that every guard is secure and clear of the tyre and moving parts. Stop if a part rubs or will not align.
